The Lakes Area Health & Wellness Expo, presented by Takedown Gym, is the first event of its kind at the Northern Pacific Center as we bring health and wellness education and opportunities to the Brainerd Lakes Area. Whether you are just starting out on your health and wellness journey or you are a seasoned wellness enthusiast- this event is for you! Attendees will have the opportunity to try out classes and products and learn more about what local health & wellness experts have to offer.
