Cocoa Bombs and Chocolate Bars Workshop

In this class we will temper on the stone and discuss ingredients in fine chocolate. Participants will create three unique chocolate bars in their choice of milk or house semi-sweet chocolate, and garnish with a variety of nuts, fruits or salts.

Participants will also create five drinking chocolate bombs with our rich and decadent house made drinking chocolate mix.  

Bombs and Bars have a minimum 6 month shelf life, and are great gifts!
